* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording. 

All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)

Great house for a long term stay the host was great and very responsive, we loved it

I booked this place for the backyard & just beware it looks nothing like the photos. Broken glass, trash left all over, no maintenance. The pool pump is broken so none of the debris filters just floats on top. The pool itself only runs for several hours a day, controlled by the company.. I also requested an early check in when i booked & i was told i had to wait to the day before. So i did & they strung me along all day until 3:50. Also they offered to TRY to have someone come out and clean the pool before the cleaning they had scheduled for Friday but told me i would have to pay for it LOL. I checked in on Wednesday. When the pool guy came Friday he informed us this pool wasn’t cleaned the day before we arrived like she said & hadn’t been cleaned in awhile because the last tenants were there for months & also she never contacted him Wednesday about cleaning before Friday. The inside of the house also doesn’t look like pics. I would highly NOT recommend this place or company altogether

This place is my favorite place in Las Vegas for long term stays, we stayed 1 month in the home and it was amazing, the kitchen was amazing it had everything and over all a complete kitchen, I did not have a blender to make my salsas but I brought my own so it was great. We had a gym literally next door to us walking distance and gas station around the corner for early morning gasoline and coffee before work, the house was so big and comfortable and clean and perfect for the toddler we had around the house, very child proof. The beds in all bed rooms where amazing “hotel style beds”. Again the kitchen was very big and perfect for cooking when we had co-workers over for dinner outside in the patio area, we ate outside every day with a beautiful tv outside with a dinning table, we cooked outside everyday and swam everyday, jacuzzi is available but we only used it twice because it could get expensive per day but there was no need because of the heat wave when we where there. Great place
